Returns and complaints at the PAMIATKIZPOLSKI.PL shop
Dear Customer, if you have found your way to this page, it most probably means that something went wrong with your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase.
There is, however, no reason to be upset! Our company respects your rights. Below we have provided information that will allow you to lodge a complaint or return goods under a withdrawal from the contract quickly and conveniently.
Of course, you do not have to use our forms; you may use other ones or draw up an appropriate letter yourself. You have complete freedom here!Above you will find the option of conveniently sending a return using the Wygodne Zwroty (Convenient Returns) application – we encourage you to use it
To begin with, choose which of the situations described corresponds to your situation and download the appropriate form.
I. The products purchased:a. arrived damaged; b. arrived different from those ordered; c. arrived and are not in conformity with the contract.In such a case, you may make use of the complaint procedure and the form which can be found HERE.
The products should be properly secured for transport and delivered to our address:

Remember to enclose proof of purchase (the receipt) if it was supplied with the parcel.
II. I have changed my mind and would like to return all or some of the products.
The declaration of withdrawal from the contract must be sent within 10 days of the date of receipt of the parcel. The withdrawal form can be found HERE
From the moment you submit the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, you have 14 days to send back the products whose purchase you have withdrawn from.
