Description
On Piotrkowska Street the poet Julian Tuwim sits on a bronze bench, and rubbing his nose is said to bring luck; here he is again, this time at thimble scale. This Łódź metal thimble shows Tuwim seated on his bench in relief, while the other side carries the word „Polska” together with the eagle. The bold motif gives the piece a decorative, keepsake character.
